Tax Extension To July 15
Are you expecting a refund? Depending on how tight money is right now, you might want to file as soon as possible to get that refund check!
Or maybe you want to wait as long as possible before filing to hold onto your finances longer.
Depending on which is right for you, the new filing deadline for tax returns and tax payments due on April 15th has been EXTENDED UNTIL JULY 15, 2020.
This applies to all returns, including those for trusts, C-Corporations, individuals and estates. There are no stipulations to this extension. No penalties or interest will be applied to Federal returns filed before July 15th.
